Wyoming or Bust 6/18/2024

This year, was going to be a special year. We had a hunter drop out for personal reason and because of this, it opened the door for my friend Alex to finally come hunting. (He just became an American Citizen in the summer of 2022) So this was perfect for him. We applied like we do every year to the Wyoming Game & Fish Department for a non-resident deer application. Keeping fingers crossed that we might strike it lucky.

June 18th was the drawing for those applications. Unfortunately for the first time since 2016 did we land an unsuccessful draw. Alex unfortunately would not be able to fulfill that Wyoming dream. With the unsuccessful draw, we are able to purchase preference points for next year that should give us a guarantee for the tag. So... here is to next year.
